Meet the Principals Behind Food360

Food360 is led by Louise Fisher and Fiona Heys, who bring together legal training, nutrition science, dietetics and hands-on food regulatory experience.

Louise began her career as a lawyer before retraining in nutrition science and gaining practical experience as a dietitian. Fiona has a background in food and nutrition science, with extensive experience in food regulation and product compliance for major food companies.

Together, we help food businesses navigate Australia’s regulatory requirements with clear, practical advice across labelling, formulation, claims and product compliance.

Louise Fisher

I’m a food regulation consultant with a background in law, nutrition science and dietetics. I began my career as a lawyer before retraining in nutrition science, graduating with First Class Honours and the University Medal in Nutrition Science, and gaining hands-on experience as a dietitian.

This background helps me understand not only the regulations, but also the science of food, the real-world challenges food businesses face, and how consumers interpret food information.

I enjoy untangling complex regulatory problems and helping clients find clear, practical solutions so their products can move from idea to launch with confidence.

 
 

Fiona Heys

I’m a food regulation consultant with a background in food science, nutrition and dietetics. My career has included roles across health and food, including research, community nutrition, product information management, compliance and sales.

With over 10 years’ experience in food product compliance, I’ve worked with retailers, importers and food companies of all sizes across a wide range of categories.

I particularly enjoy helping businesses meet their compliance responsibilities while supporting clear, commercially practical product communication. My food science background helps me bridge the gap between technical product development and regulatory requirements.
