Louise began her career as a lawyer before moving into nutrition science, while Fiona combines food and nutrition science with hands-on experience as a food regulation expert for major corporations. Together, we work alongside our clients’ technical, quality and marketing teams, translating the Food Standards Code and other relevant requirements into straightforward advice so food businesses can bring products to the Australian market with confidence
